Download and install Ad Aware. Follow the link below.

Click Download in the Free area
Now click Download Now
Launch Ad Aware
Select your language
Click Next
Read and accept the EULA
Select Rights
Select Standard Installation
Click Next twice for standard values
Click Use Free
Click Finish
Close Ad Aware
Navigate to Scheduled Tasks
Click Add New Task
Click Next, and select Ad Aware
Click Next, and select the run frequency
Click Next, and select the day and the time of the week
Click Next, and enter your logon password
Click Next and change the text in the Run field to:
C:\PROGRA~1\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware\Ad-Aware.exe /Full /Silent /Cookies /Clean /CleanTAI 3 /Update /Stat scanstats.txt
Switch to the Settings tab and check these boxes
Click Apply and OK
These added lines will allow Ad Aware to run silently (without a window) in the background and automatically delete any threats.
That is it! You are done!
